I will be taking normal classes like a Sheffield student and traveling about the UK and Europe.

Why do you want to become a Green Passport holder?

My mother is very into maintaining a green lifestyle and I learn a lot from her. I care about the earth and know that actions I take now will have a great impact on the future.

If you consider yourself to be an environmentally and socially responsible person while at home, please explain how so (may include activities or organizations with which you are affiliated):

I recycle all my recyclable items, I minimize the trash I use up by not buying certain goods. I use reusable grocery bags instead of plastic ones. My mother and I garden many foods and herbs in our back yard. We have also cut back on the use of water and electricity in our house. We own a hybrid car and have rain barrels to provide some of our water.
